October 24th
- During the past few months
Dynomax has been running a contest for the most powerful car running its
mufflers. Final throw down will be at SEMA in a couple of weeks, but I
checked out their top ten listing. You'll notice that 7 of 10 are
Chevy powered! The current second place holder is a '70 Chevelle
running E85 on turbos. The current issue of Car Craft (December) has a
layout on this monster. If you're interested in watching the 1105 hp

- Sorry I haven't updated in a while but had a lot going on at work.
Finding a rust free frame is nearly
impossible these days. However, I saw an ad the other day of a place
call Roadster Shop
that started selling entire chassis for Chevelles. If you've got the
cash (~$15k) this might be worth investigating.
